Measuring Success
As this is a conceptual campaign, success would be measured using a combination of digital analytics and visitor engagement. Key performance indicators would include website visits, online bookings, social media reach and engagement, email open and click-through rates, press coverage, and attendance at seasonal events. Visitor feedback and repeat visits would also help assess the campaign's effectiveness and inform future marketing activity.
Campaign Reflection
This project demonstrates my ability to plan and deliver a cohesive, multi-channel communications campaign for a heritage attraction. I maintained a consistent visual identity across print and digital channels while adapting content for different audiences, from website visitors to social media followers and local press. Accessibility was considered through clear layouts, readable typography and high-contrast colour choices. Overall, the campaign showcases my skills in copywriting, content planning, branding and visual communication, while reflecting the style and objectives of organisations such as the National Trust.
